You’ll gain direct experience working with private banks, mainstream lenders and specialist institutions to structure deals that go beyond standard lending criteria. This work is ideal for those looking to build credibility in the high-net-worth space, leveraging our trusted lender relationships to secure exclusive deals for our clients.

Complex Mortgages

You’ll be part of a team that thrives on sourcing unconventional mortgage solutions for everything from non-standard property types to self-employment or international income streams. These are technical cases that demand precision, lateral thinking, and strong lender relationships. If you’re excited by the idea of becoming an expert in complex criteria and niche lending, this is where you’ll build that knowledge.

Commercial and Real Estate Finance

You’ll support the structuring of property finance deals across a variety of asset classes and client profiles. From business owners buying their own premises to large-scale portfolio refinancing, you’ll learn how to engage multiple lenders in a competitive tender process. We present deals with full transparency, which helps our team negotiate the best possible terms and gives you exposure to strategic deal-making at a high level.

BTL Mortgages

You’ll get hands-on with BTL cases involving portfolio landlords, HMOs, and multi-unit blocks. As the regulatory environment becomes more complex, your role will involve navigating detailed stress tests, understanding lender policy changes, and supporting multi-lender arrangements. These cases will sharpen your attention to detail and build your confidence managing layered client portfolios.

Mortgages for Business Owners

This is where you’ll build your ability to analyse company structures and complex income profiles. Business owners often face unique challenges when applying for mortgages, and traditional underwriting doesn’t always reflect their real financial picture. At Onozzi, we specialise in building tailored cases that highlight profit share, pre-tax income, and recent trading performance  and you’ll be directly involved in shaping those cases from start to finish.

Bridging and Development Finance

You’ll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of bridging loans and development finance from helping first-time developers to structuring large-scale self-build projects. We have close relationships with private banks and niche lenders, giving you the chance to learn how to source low-rate bridging deals and staged development funding.
