Fees

As we offer a bespoke service our charges can vary. Our typical charge is £395 payable only on the successful production of a mortgage offer. We may charge a maximum fee of up to 0.5% of the loan depending on the complexity of the case. These fees apply to all regulated mortgages. Certain mortgages, primarily most buy to let and commercial mortgages, are not regulated. Fees for non-regulated mortgages can vary depending on your requirements and circumstances. Complaints

We aim to provide exceptional service every time you engage with us. However, there might be instances when you feel our standards have fallen short of your expectations.

Should you wish to raise a complaint with Onozzi, you can reach out to us by calling 01413547950. Alternatively, you can address your complaints in writing to: Complaints Officer, Specialist Mortgage Solutions Ltd, 29 Park Circus, G3 6AP. You also have the option to send an email to our complaints officer at ahamilton@specialistmortgages.uk.com.  Upon receipt of your complaint, we will acknowledge it in writing.

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS)

Onozzi is under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). If you feel that we have not been able to address your complaint adequately, the FOS provides an independent platform where your concerns can be reviewed.

Although you have the option to approach the FOS at any moment, they typically require our consent to investigate situations where:

  • You have not communicated your complaint to us initially, allowing us the opportunity to rectify the situation.
  • Even after conveying your concerns to us, you haven’t received our Final Response within the stipulated timeframe.

Please ensure you reach out to the FOS within six months from the date of our final response or summary resolution communication.
